Inspection team is under the control of a person who has more than 20 years experience in garment industry and has travelled extensively to study market and the interest of overseas buyers. He is well versed with the quality systems, latest trends and fashion in the textile industry of western countries.
We have in-house facility for undertaking impartial inspection and provide quality control checks. Inspections are carried out at the supplier’s premises at different stages of production according to defined sampling procedures to assure that the quality confirms to the buyers specifications and reference samples. We have advantage of modern in-house textiles testing laboratory, samples are drawn at various stages from Grey to final shipment and checked for several quality parameters.
We have a sufficient staff of quality inspectors who are fully trained with various quality systems and inspection procedures.
We provide onsite inspection services based on4 point system for fabrics and AQL 2.5 / AQL 4.0 systems for garments.
